By using this website or purchasing wine from Mowby Wines, you represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if we believe these requirements have not been met.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product offerings, and change pricing at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, labels, images, and pricing; however, we do not warrant that all information on the website is error-free.

SECTION 3 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Orders may be canceled due to:

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Mowby Wines does not store complete credit card information on its own servers.

SECTION 5 – ALCOHOL SALES AND SHIPPING

Wine sales are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 21 years old and that the recipient of the shipment is also at least 21 years old.

An adult signature from a person 21 years of age or older is required upon delivery.

Mowby Wines reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot legally be shipped to the destination provided.

SECTION 6 – WEATHER HOLDS

Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures.

To protect wine quality, Mowby Wines reserves the right to delay shipment during periods of excessive heat, cold, or severe weather. If a shipment is delayed due to weather conditions, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of wine and our inability to verify storage conditions once a bottle leaves our possession, Mowby Wines cannot accept returns of wine purchases.

If you believe you have received a flawed, damaged, or incorrect bottle, please retain the bottle and contact us at emma@mowbywines.com. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or exchange.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and other materials, is the property of Mowby Wines, L.L.C. unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
